Tech - Reflection

Today for tech we carried on doing our work from last week. Mr Pineda is away for today and Our group is creating donation boxes and designing it. We each have our donation boxes and it is made out of paper. The topic that I was doing was protect sea life. I have almost complete the drawing and i'm up to coloring it. Some people have completed the task, It was fun doing tech.

Kiwi Can - Reflection

For kiwi can we were talking about respect for our school. Our rules are - not bringing phone at school, don't talk while the teachers are talking, pay attention on what your doing and don't leave school grounds during school time. We have rules to our school, so we can be protected and a safer school.  Should we drink fizzy drink at school? No, because it is the rules and it can make yourself safe. Should we have rules at school? Yes, because it can make people follow rules and be good students. Our care values are - Confident, attitude, respect and excellent and innovation.  

Food Tech - Reflection

Today for food tech we made rock cake with Fraidoon. We first read the rules and ingredients. The ingredients was easy because it was written on the board. We first measure the ingredients properly and we make sure that our rock cake has the right taste and texture. The hardest thing to do is putting measuring the ingredients properly. It was hard because our rock cake was watery when we put it on the baking tin. Our rock cake turned out pretty good. The ingredients for the rock cake - 

1 1/2 of SR flour. chocco chips
1/2 c of sugar
1/2 c pf cream, 1/4 coil
1 - egg
1 scoop onto flat baking tin
put it to oven for 15 mins (180 ° c)

Tech Reflection

Today for food tech we made Chocolate cupcake with Fraidoon. We firstly grabbed the materials we need and the ingredients. My role was to wash the dishes, mix and putting the cupcake in the oven. My partner Fraidoon has a role which is getting the ingredients, and putting all the ingredients all together. I enjoyed cooking in tech we Ms Tuipulotu.

Art - Tech

Today for the last second session of art tech we were learning about Waka Huia with Ms Telefone. We then answered some questions about the Waka Huia. I have learnt that Waka Huia is a personal treasure box ,the different about the traditional box and contemporary and Waka Hui was carved with feathers. We then draw a Manaia patterns. I enjoyed doing art with Ms Telefone.

Tech - Art

Today for tech. We started coloring our drawings so we can draw our drawings into a cardboard. We can only have 3 colors and the colors that I chose was green, Blue, yellow. I drew something that had something to do with my culture like my country flag, my favorite food and more. I really had fun doing art.

Tech Reflection - Art

Today for the group 8B drew something about our favorite hobbies. What I drew was a picture is things that I have been, what I like doing during my free time, things that I like to eat and what I wish to go to. What I drew has pattern that had something to do with my culture. The things that I drew is a mountain , Basketball rim, Filipino flag, tree, spaghetti, pattern. I really enjoyed drawing with Ms Telefoni. 

Symbols

Today for Tech I was in part of an art group and we made a google presentation about our favorite hobbies and family symbols. Family symbol means what they are. Hobbies mean things you like doing in your spare time.

Digi Tech

Today at tech first we had to fill up the code then enter our full name and Miss Anderson said we had to read all of the steps to create animations using scratch. After reading it we answered all the question next we created our own animated story on scratch of throwing rubbish is bad for our environment.
