Today for tech we made Meat Pie, cooking this dish is easy because you can read the ingredients on the board. John and I made sure that we measured the ingredients correctly. The hardest part was making sure that the onion doesn't burn. We got the right texture, and taste for our pie and we were happy with it. We had fun cooking Meat Pie. The ingredients are -

Step 1-Dice the onion, ham and mince
Step 2-fry the onion first, and than ham, mince
Step 3-Add the sauce, soya sauce and corflour, mix herbs
Step 4- Place the pastry in the round baking tin foil
Step 5- Pour all you meat in and bake 180 c for 20 mins

Food Tech - Reflection

Today for food tech we made rock cake with Fraidoon. We first read the rules and ingredients. The ingredients was easy because it was written on the board. We first measure the ingredients properly and we make sure that our rock cake has the right taste and texture. The hardest thing to do is putting measuring the ingredients properly. It was hard because our rock cake was watery when we put it on the baking tin. Our rock cake turned out pretty good. The ingredients for the rock cake -

1 1/2 of SR flour. chocco chips
1/2 c of sugar
1/2 c pf cream, 1/4 coil
1 - egg
1 scoop onto flat baking tin
put it to oven for 15 mins (180 ° c)
