We took photos of us showing team work. This DLO above shows you how we show team work of us in Panmure Bridge School. While doing this I learned that when you are in a group with other people working together as a group to achieve or learn something new.
Google Game
Today I have played this coding game from the Google logo page and it is made out of scratch. It's about you controlling the bunny. This game requires you to use the arrow for the bunny so that it can move by it self to get the carrots. There are a lot of levels to complete. I enjoyed playing this game.

On Friday we went to Tamaki collage and we have been split up into groups of 3 and they are Social Science, PE and Robotics. I was in Social Science with Ms Apelu. For Social Science I learned how to play Pursued. Pursued is a game where you can pick a level and it will put you to a random country and you have to guess the city names by finding clues on any buildings, Cars. After that we went into a site called google earth to find Mrs Anderson holiday location. I have been researching different location for your next holiday, I researched a lot of location from google earth and I got France (Ain), France (Musee D'orsay), Utah USA (Zion National Park). Taking Care Of Your Teeth
We have created this DLO for Room 4, to let them know why we had to take of our teeth and what can happen if we don't look after them. I made this animation with my partner Harlem. The hardest thing was to make our animation more friendly. Easiest thing was choosing the photo.

Film Festival
Yesterday the whole school went to Manaiakalani film festival. It is the 10th year of Manaiakalani film festival. We went to Sylvia Park to watch other schools movie that they made. There were lot's of movies to watch. Our school had a good time watching creative films from other schools. Since our class was late we couldn't watch some of the movies for the first season, so we had to go to the second season. We watched the movies of Tamaki Primary and Point England. I enjoyed watching the movies of Tamaki Primary and Point England the most because they were really funny and I like It was about a boy trying to tell a story, but each time he tried to introduce the story a different film would play. Tamaki Primary did a awesome job too it was so funny and I like the movie about sugar.

Explanation - How Children Learn At School
How Children Learn At School
you ever wanted to know how your child is learning at school? There are so many ways children learn, like talking to others to give them more confidence. They like to learn from each other by asking question and giving comments
Children love trying new things and learning from them. They have the ability to think and reflect about there learning. They are capable of asking open ended question, which helps them learn even more.
Most kids have role models that they look up to. Watching their role models, it encourages them to be more like that person. Some kids like sport players and are eager to learn more about them.
Kids can communicate by giving feedback/feed forward to one another. They like to follow good examples in way which interests them. One way is that they practice their new skills to get better at it.
Children learn through numerous ways. They agree or disagree on other people opinion in a positive way. Kids learn best with and from each other.
Today I wrote an Explanation about How Children Learn at School. To write an Explanation you need to include a Title, Introduction, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 and a Conclusion. Your Introduction should include a hook, for example a rhetorical question to get the reader interested.
