Camels Explanation

How the camel has adapted to surviving in the desert?

The camel is a mammal who lives in the desert and camels have adapted so they can live in the desert healthier.     

Camels uses it thick lip to eat the cactus and drinking water inside of the cactus, not getting his lips sore. Camels uses it thick long eyebrow to protect its eye from the sand.  

Camels have pads so they won’t sink in the sand and help walk on hot sand

Camels have nostrils that can close to protect the nostrils. Camels ears have hair inside and outside so it could be protected.


Camels drink water from a cactus and uses his thick lips to bite through the cactus. Camels eat bone, twigs

In order for a camel to live by making changes to make things easier

Today for writing we have been learning how to write an explanation about camels and how camels adapt to their environment. I have learned an interesting fact about camels I have found that camels can survive without water for 30 days.
